Terms of service.

1. Services Provided

  • Spotless Maid Cleaning Solutions provides professional residential cleaning services, including but not limited to:

    • Standard cleaning

    • Deep cleaning

    • Move-in / Move-out cleaning

    • Eco-friendly cleaning upon request

    • Optional add-ons: carpet/upholstery cleaning, windows, laundry, and others

  • Services are performed according to the agreed-upon schedule and scope of work.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Services are billed per hour, based on the total time required to complete the job.

  • Additional fees may apply for special products, eco-friendly supplies, pets, travel, or other requested services.

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Check, Credit/Debit Card, Zelle.

 

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may incur a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Spotless Maid reserves the right to reschedule in case of emergencies, with notice provided to the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients should remove valuables and fragile items from areas being cleaned.

  • Pets should be secured to ensure the safety of both the team and the animals.

  • Clients must provide safe and legal access to the property.

5. Liability

  • Spotless Maid Cleaning Solutions is insured for general liability, but is not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing damage to property or belongings

    • Fragile or delicate items not properly secured

    • Accidents caused by client negligence or unsafe conditions

  • Any damage caused by Spotless Maid employees will be documented and handled promptly through our insurance coverage.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Our goal is complete client satisfaction.

  • Any service issues must be reported within 24 hours for review and corrective action.

7. Late Payments & Fees

  • Payments not received within 7 days of the invoice date will incur a 5% late fee on the outstanding balance.

8. Changes to Terms

  • Spotless Maid reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.

  • Clients will be notified of any significant changes before the next scheduled service.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
